Hui Nan joined Amica Law LLC as a legal associate in January 2008 and is involved in the non-contentious and contentious aspects of intellectual property management and protection, including:

• Filing and prosecution of trade marks
  
  
• Conducting trade mark searches and common law searches
  
  
• Assisting in advisory work related to trade marks.  
  
  
• Assisting in managing clients' trade mark portfolios in Singapore and regionally, including maintenance and renewal of trade mark registrations
  
  
• Assisting in contentious trade mark opposition and revocation actions
  
  
• Conducting trade mark audits and due diligence reviews
  
  
• Drafting of contracts relating to assignment of IP assets.

Hui Nan was previously practising corporate law with a general law firm. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2006 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2007.
